Conrad B. Stephens

Managing Partner

Mr. Stephens earned his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of San Diego School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Stephens served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.  Mr. Stephens also attended the Institute on International and Comparative Law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland where he studied international negotiations and comparative civil rights.  He also served as a client relations clerk and a law clerk at Robbins Umeda LLP.  Mr. Stephens graduated cum laude from California State University, San Marcos in 2005, where he was named to the Dean's List and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  

Following law school, Mr. Stephens worked for Robbins Arroyo LLP in San Diego, California.  Robbins Arroyo LLP is nationally recognized law firm known for its achievements on behalf of individual and institutional shareholders, and its work with clients across the United States and internationally to identify, evaluate, and litigate claims of corporate misconduct and fraud at the public companies in which they invest.  While at Robbins Arroyo LLP, Mr. Stephens held corporations and their fiduciaries accountable when their misconduct harmed shareholders, employees, or consumers.  

After practicing for four years with Robbins Arroyo LLP in San Diego, California, Mr. Stephens made the decision to return to the Central Coast where he partnered with his father, C. Kent Stephens, to form Stephens & Stephens LLP.  Stephens & Stephens LLP focuses on a wide variety of transaction and civil litigation matters affecting businesses and individuals.
